Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

At Prince OH Collection, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item you purchased. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for items purchased on the Prince OH Collection Marketplace, as well as situations where returns may not be possible.

2. Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance

Subject to the rules outlined in this Policy, sellers on the Prince OH Collection Marketplace accept returns for most items within seven (7) days of delivery. We do not accept returns, for any reason, after this return period has expired. This does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian law.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are wrong, damaged, defective, or fake/inauthentic.

We also do not accept returns of:

  • Items you have damaged after delivery; or
  • Used or worn items, unless they became defective after reasonable use.
4. Packaging Returns
  • All returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received — unused, in the original packaging, and with all labels, accessories, and tags intact.
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by the seller or our designated logistics partner. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
5. Refunds

Once a return is approved, we aim to refund the purchase price of the item within the timeframe stated on the Returns page of our website.

For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded for the delivery costs.

Refunds may be issued via:

  • The original payment method,
  • Store credit, or
  • Another method we consider appropriate.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave).

6. Rejected Return and Refund Requests
  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm the reason stated for return.
  • If your return request is rejected, we will make two (2) delivery attempts to return the item to you. If delivery is unsuccessful, you must collect the item within 60 days. Failure to do so will result in the item being forfeited without further liability to Prince OH Collection.
7. No Exchange Policy

Prince OH Collection does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, or item, please return your unwanted product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
