Order Tracking

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
While 90% of our orders have tracking numbers, some may not. If your order lacks a tracking number, please contact us at contact@princeohcollection.com . We’ll do our best to provide information about your shipment. You should receive your tracking number by email within a few days of your order. Ensure that you enter the code correctly, preferably using copy and paste.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your items are dispatched, we’ll send a notification email to your registered email address and phone number used at checkout. The tracking number is usually available within a few days after dispatch. You can also check the status on our online order tracking page.

The tracking site says it was delivered, but I haven’t received my package yet.
Sometimes, tracking services mark an order as delivered when it reaches your local post office. Please wait a few more days or contact your local post office, as they might be holding the item for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, princeohcollection.com ships worldwide. Shipping is available to most locations around the globe.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?
All items have a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email once your items have been shipped.

My order did not arrive on time. What should I do?
If your items do not arrive within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at contact@princeohcollection.com

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days
  • Handling Time: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

How is the package delivered?
Delivery methods vary based on your location and the product ordered. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office, with a notice left if you are not available. In such cases, you may pick up your package from the local post office.

From where is my package shipped?

Returns & Refunds

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please provide us with photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will promptly send you a replacement item at no additional cost.


After Purchase

I put the wrong shipping address/selected the wrong variant. Can I change it?
If you realize a mistake in your order, contact us at  contact@princeohcollection.com  as soon as possible. We may be able to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the shipping process. If we cannot cancel the order, we cannot offer a refund for orders sent to the wrong address.

My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
Customs delays are outside our control, and we are not responsible for such delays or associated charges. Contact your local customs department directly to inquire about the release of your package. Note that customs charges and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order is placed, it is processed by our shipping department within 1-3 working days. Contact our Customer Service as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but please ensure all information is correct before placing your order to avoid issues.
