  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 – 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected.

2. Changes to Orders

  • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 – 5 days after placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate the request. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to receive a refund for the out-of-stock item or a store credit for future purchases.
